FIND YOUR LEGISLATOR
The first step in making your voice heard by our State Legislature, is to find out who represents you locally. You can then call them or write an email. The state is divided into districts. Use this interactive map to find your local Representatives. Then, head over to the Example Emails page and copy one of the examples to paste and send from your personal email account.
TO FIND YOUR REPRESENTATIVE:
Method 1: Click or tap on the map to select a district. Zoom in using the + / – icons, or your mouse wheel. Click on the district, then view the information.
Method 2: Click on the Magnifying Glass icon on the top right corner. Start typing your address; the search will present a list of matches. Select the correct address, then click anywhere on the map within the same color code as your address.
After clicking on the map using either of the above methods, an info box will display showing your representative and their contact information. There are two representatives; one for the House and one for the Senate. Use the arrows on the bottom right of their window to select each.
You can reset the map by clicking the Home icon on the top left of the map.
